Solid sand filter cleaner sol-acid-2 5kg

SOLACID-2 is an acidic solid product in granular form, for cleaning sand filters from calcium, magnesium salts, and general water hardness salts. It has excellent results on all inorganic pollutants.

During cleaning, it also carries away organic pollutants. Essential for the maintenance and proper operation of the filter during the swimming season. In this way, we achieve excellent filtration and better water quality. It is also recommended to clean the filter at the end of the swimming season before closing the pool or at the beginning of the new season before starting the pool, swimming pool or hot tub. SOLACID-2 is a mixture of inorganic and organic acids.

Cleaning method

Open the filter door to ensure adequate ventilation.

Add SOLACID-2 in a ratio of 30-50% to the water left in the sand filter AND IF THE SAND IS STONE-CONTAINED.

If the sand is not stone-contaminated and we simply want to clean it, dissolve the product in a ratio of 1-2 kg in 10 kg of water and fill the filter until the sand is covered.

Let the material act for 3-12 hours depending on the amount of stone-contaminated material in the filter.

Empty the filter and rinse with plenty of water.

Always use protective gloves and glasses.

Keep the product out of reach of children.
