Returns Policy
Our online store allows you to return products. Returns must be made within 14 working days of receiving your order. To be accepted the return must:
The merchandise must be in the condition in which you received it. This means that its packaging must not have been tampered with and it must not have been used.
It must not be a custom product
To return all the forms that accompany it, such as the instructions for use.
Our company recommends that you do a first check upon receipt of your order in order to make sure that your package does not have any obvious defects (e.g. it is not broken, it is the correct product, etc.). This check is not mandatory and not performing it does not limit your rights. For the best and fastest service to you, it is preferable to send the receipt and retail sales slips together with the goods you are returning.

In the event that you wish to return the goods you ordered, you must fill out the contact form found in our online store and send it to us via e-mail. The returns department will send you the return authorization and possible conditions that will apply.
Return Arrangement Methods
If you decide to return the merchandise you purchased, you can choose the method of settlement of the return. The possibilities offered to you by our online store are as follows:
-Refund your money. The refund of the full price is made only in the case in which the returned product is demonstrably defective and in no other case. In this case, the return costs are borne by our company.
-Sending a new product. This new product can be the same or similar to the previous one, or you can choose another product from our online store. -Repair of the product you returned.
Return Method
The return of the goods is carried out after consultation, through General Post, Speedex, or through an Agency.
Complete Return Process Your refund will be processed within 30 days from the day the merchandise is returned. A change to this time frame is only possible after agreement with you and after you have chosen a return settlement method that requires more time (e.g. repair of the goods).
Return Cost
Our online store
is charged with the cost of returning the goods only when:
It has been delivered late (except in cases of force majeure).
It has been delivered damaged or defective.
It does not have the features presented in our online store.
In any other case, the cost of the return is borne by you.
